problem
The original Arreda app had serious usability issues — users struggled with confusing navigation, broken flows, and a poor overall experience. Complaints were piling up, and trust in the digital product was declining.
solution
A full UX/UI redesign of Arreda, CDM's Islamic banking app, across mobile and desktop. Every flow was rebuilt from the ground up — transfers, settings, notifications, cheques, and advisor features — with a clean design system, intuitive navigation, and a consistent responsive interface. The app launched successfully and user complaints dropped significantly.
Arreda is the Islamic banking app by Crédit du Maroc. When I joined the project, users were frustrated — the existing app was difficult to use and the reviews reflected that.
I conducted UX benchmarks, mapped the pain points, and redesigned the entire experience from scratch.

The work covered both mobile and desktop, with dozens of screens spanning core banking features: virements, paramètres, notifications, plafond transactionnel, chèques, and the conseiller module.
The result was a live product that users actually enjoy. Better reviews, better engagement, and a digital experience that finally matches the trust a bank needs to earn.
