SNRTNews — Full Website Redesign

Full UX/UI redesign of SNRTNews, Morocco's national news platform. Based on a real data audit using Microsoft Clarity — dead zones, ignored buttons, broken flows. Redesigned desktop, mobile & tablet with dark/light mode and Arabic version.

problem

SNRTNews had real, measurable UX problems. Using Microsoft Clarity, I identified dead clicks, ignored CTAs, and navigation patterns that were pushing users away. The existing design wasn't serving the audience — and the data proved it.

solution

A complete responsive redesign covering desktop, mobile, and tablet. The new design introduced a clear content hierarchy, fixed navigation, dark and light mode, and a fully adapted Arabic version — all built around how users actually behave on the platform.

SNRTNews reaches millions of Moroccan users daily. But behind the traffic numbers, the UX was broken. I ran a full audit using Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps, session recordings, click tracking — and found dead buttons, ignored sections, and confusing flows.

I used that data as the foundation for a full redesign. Every decision was justified by real user behavior, not assumptions. The result covers every screen size, supports both dark and light mode, and includes a complete Arabic version. This wasn't a visual refresh — it was a data-driven rebuild.
